The layout is confusing, requiring entry through the restaurant to access the lobby, which adds unnecessary hassle. Additionally, the lack of complimentary coffee water was frustrating. I was advised to use tap water, which I personally wouldn’t trust. Overall, the design and maintenance could use an overhaul.
